So Yesterday

I have a lot of projects and school stuff to finish and it’s all due next week. My groupmates for the case analysis in Business is Jim and RJ, my batchmates in high school. We call our group the “Team SHC”. lol. SHC stands for Sacread Heart College because that’s where we graduated high school. Yesterday, me and my classmates were badmouthed by our teacher. She said a bad word in front of our faces. Oh well, if only she wasn’t old, we would have answered back. Our badmouthing teacher is already pissed off so we decided to do the job she wants us to do. We need to cut a thick rope to make a jump rope. Scissors can’t even cut it so we need to burn where we should cut it so it would melt and well, cut. The lighter we were using run out of the liquid thingy so we bought matches. We used paper because we don’t have candle. We’re just being resourceful. Then someone borrowed a knife at the kitchen. It helped a lot because we finished cutting the rope in no time.

Lunchtime, we decided to eat at Lenai’s house and hang-out there. We bought food at a fast-food restaurant and went straight to Lenai’s house. Carol and I are scared of barking dogs. Lenai have dogs at their house so Carol and I rushed from the gate to the door to get rid of the barking dogs. Inside the house, there were three cats. We were eating when one of the cat was walking towards Carol. Carol stood up because she was scared of the kitty. She bumped her head on the cupboard. Ouch. She said she developed a phobia of cats because of that incident. After eating, we watched a movie, “Transformers”. Great movie. I wanna watch it again. We didn’t attend our 2:30 and 4:00 class. Bad students. We also watched “The Ring” , the American version. We left the house at 5 to attend our 5:30 class. Okay, 30 minutes is not enough to get to school. We arrived at the city proper at 5:45 pm. We were waiting for a jeep to bring us to school. To our dismay, all jeeps are full. We almost decided not to attend our last class. Good thing, a jeep passed by and we arrived at school at 6 pm. Better late than never. After the class, we hurried downstairs to ride a multicab that would take us to the city proper but there was no multicab. It’s my first time to go home commuting. To make the situation worse, it was already starting to rain. There were many of us waiting for a ride. To make the long story short, we were able to go to the city proper riding on a tricycle. I’m never gonna commute at night ever again.

Where Have I Been?

I was sick. I got a high fever just last night. I wasn’t able to use the computer because I had a headache. What’s new about me? Friday, I went to school wearing my new shirt and my friends kept asking me where I bought it. Jahn, Germaine and I went to Bo’s Coffe Club to hang-out and study. Since Germaine and I are almost broke, we didn’t buy anything. Jahn bought Strawberry Frost. I like hanging out there because it’s calming and it’s peaceful. We ate dinner at Jollibee before me and my classmates went home because the exams really made us hungry. Our pre-finals ended yesterday. I wanted to just stay at home and take a special exam but I want to end the procrastinating so I just went to school and took my last exam. After my last exam yesterday, we watched a movie, “Evan Almighty”, with the JPIAns and some JBECs. It was a laughtrip. After Evan Almighty, they were going to watch Ratatouille but we just left because we’re already hungry. We went down and to our dismay, there wasn’t a single jeep or multicab. We waited for an hour and at last, a multicab came and dropped us at downtown. After eating lunch, I went home because I was already feeling sleepy and I don’t feel well.

Today, we went to Basey to attend a mass and ate breakfast at the convent. We went home and I went back to sleep. At around lunch time, my mom woke me up and told me to get dressed because we’re going to Rafael Farm to eat lunch. I’ve always wanted to go there because my friends told me the view is so beautiful. The food is quite expensive though. People who go there are those who have cars and money. It’s quite far from the city, and you’ll feel humiliated if you go there riding on a jeepney. The comfort rooms are clean and very well decorated. They have a pond filled with kois. They have a creek where you can ride on a row-boat. There is also a treehouse. Too bad, I’m sick I wasn’t able to climb the treehouse. I’m gonna make sure I’m gonna go back there and climb that treehouse. If you’re from Tacloban or you’re a tourist, you might as well visit Rafael Farm.

Pre-Finals: Time to Procrastinate

Today is the first day of our pre-finals exams. I, for the first time, had a hard time answering our General Psychology exam because first of all, I didn’t study and second, the exam was about trick questions. The trick questions were:

1. The maker doesn’t want it, the buyer doesn’t use it, the user doesn’t see it. What is it?

2. An engineer and an electrical engineer went to moviehouse. One of them is the father of the other’s son. How could this be possible?

3. How many animals of each sex did Moses take on his ark?

4. Can a policeman marry his widow’s friend?

5. Which is correct: “The yolk of the egg is white” or “The yolk of the egg are white.”?

6. What letter comes next: TTTFFSSE_?

7. How many dwarf friends does Cinderella have?

8. What comes next: 2, 4, 7, 11, 16, _? Choices are: a. 21 b. 19 c. 24 d. 32

9. Before Mt. Apo was climbed, what was the tallest mountain in the Philippines?

10. I forgot the tenth question.

I was so pissed off about the trick questions because most of my answers were wrong. After the exam, we went to Jollibee to eat lunch and to JK to drink coffee and wait for the next exam. Good thing, we only had an attendance on our Euthenics subject, no exam. We just went to Mcdo and eat snacks.

Get Away From Me, Coffee

I went to Jose Karlos, more commonly known as JK, with two of my classmates. JK is one of the known coffee shops here in our place. I ordered a Cafe Latte and silvanas to munch on. One of my friend ordered Cafe Mocha. When they served our orders, my friend and I were confused which one was the Latte and the Mocha. The other one said, “Ayan, o, CM at CL nakasulat sa mga cup.” Lol, I didn’t notice those letters. Before I ate the silvanas and drank my coffee, I took a picture of it. We went there to study. Lol. But we just spent our time chatting about friends and the ex of our friends. I didn’t feel well after drinking that cup of coffee. Anything with caffeine is bad for me, but I’m such a little bad girl, I ordered coffee even if I know I’m not allowed to drink it.

Getting Fat

I’m so pissed that a lot of people who haven’t seen me for quite some time would say I’m getting fat whenever they would see me around town. I would always brush that idea off my mind. I am not fat, I haven’t gained weight. But I checked my weight and I gained 20 pounds in just a few months, from 80 pounds to 100 pounds. I was a bit shocked. No wonder some of my pants doesn’t fit me anymore. I just thought my clothes make me look fat but no, my body is already fat. Well, not that fat though. My arms and legs are still a bit skinny, just have a little fat on my stomach area. Okay, time to hit the treadmill and sweat those fats off.
